To make a delicious cup of coffee, first, fill the COSORI Gooseneck Kettle with the appropriate amount of water, press the "COFFEE/205℉" Preset, and wait for a few minutes. Then, grind fresh coffee beans to the right fineness using the COSORI Coffee Grinder. Pour the freshly ground coffee into the COSORI Pour Over Coffee Maker, and slowly pour the boiling water over the grounds in a circular motion. The coffee will drip slowly into the pot, resulting in a perfectly brewed, delicious cup of coffee.

To descale or clean the kettle, fill it with a mixture of 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water. Bring the liquid to a boil and let it sit for 2 hours. Then, use a cloth to clean and wipe the inside of the kettle. Rinse the kettle thoroughly with clean water and dry it with a soft, clean cloth. Repeat this process as needed.

It's important to note that the kettle should be filled with at least 118 mL of filtered water, and the water level should not exceed the 'MAX' line. Any excess water on the outside of the kettle or the base should be wiped away. It's normal for the stainless steel bottom of the kettle to develop spots or rust after the first use, especially if the water quality in your area is particularly hard.
