Why does the bottom rust? This could be due to food residue remaining in the kettle for an extended period, which can corrode the interior and damage the protective layer on the stainless steel surface, leading to rust. We recommend regularly drying and descaling the kettle at least once a week.

Why does the kettle leak? Leakage may be caused by overfilling the water. Please do not add water beyond the "MAX LINE" marked inside the kettle.
